We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eau Pure purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at eaupure@gmail.com. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of damaged items and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
• If the product is returned for any other reason (e.g., you’ve changed your mind), the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at eaupure@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
